Returns & Cancellations


Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:


The process:


  • Marshall E Campbell Co must issue authorization in writing prior to any return

  • Product returns, if allowed, must be made within sixty days from date of purchase. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or be subject to restocking charges. See below for further details on qualifying and non-qualifying returns.

  • Call 800-250-7520 or email your request to returns@mecampbell.com

  • Please provide original order number, date, part number and quantity, and specific reason for return.

  • Our customer service representatives will create an RMA form and email or fax it to you.

  • You have thirty days from the RMA creation date to send the material back to us.

  • Please provide us a copy of the RMA and/or mark the package with the RMA number

  • If you are in our trading area we will arrange pickup via one of our delivery trucks.

  • If not in our trading area you may ship the parts back to us freight prepaid as we will not accept freight collect charges.

  • C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

  • Claims for discrepancies in shipment need to be made within five working days of receipt of merchandise.

  • Your return material will be inspected, and credit will be determined based on the following criteria:

    • Return is within acceptable timeframe

    • Condition of products

    • Full credit will be issued for Campbell stocked products that meet the above criteria

    • Non-stock and Special Ordered Parts

      • All parts that Campbell does not stock and are ordered in special are subject to the manufacturers returned policy.

      • When RMA is requested our customer service representatives will contact the manufacturer to determine condition for the return. At that time when you get the RMA back we will indicate what the restocking charges are, if any, and/or if the part is non-returnable.

      • Outgoing freight charges to the manufacturer will be deducted from the amount of the credit as well.

    • Cut-to-length products, such as wire or hose, are considered final sale and may not be returned for credit.

  • Defective products

    • When requesting an RMA from our customer service representatives please include all the information previously asked for (Order number, date, part number and quantity) plus identifying that the part(s) is defective and what specifically is wrong with it.

    • Also, indicate if you want a replacement or credit.

    • With the many manufacturers we represent the warranty policies can be very liberal or very strict, depending on what type of product it is. When we send you back the RMA we will indicate the process needed to follow to process your claim.

    • Once we have the defective part(s) back we will process your claim as expeditiously as possible. And if deemed warranted by the manufacturer, we will send you a replacement part or issue you credit as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation of an order

    • Once an order has shipped it is non-cancellable. If your desire is to return the order than it would fall under the above guidelines

    • Products that are non-stocked at our warehouses and special ordered from the manufacturer are dependent on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and if the part(s) has been shipped from by the manufacturer. If has already been shipped from the manufacturer then it is to late to cancel and it is subject to the manufacturers return policy.

    • Made to order and manufacturer non-cancellable items are non-cancellable once Campbell has ordered from the manufacturers.


Returns are going to happen as a normal course of business. Our customer service representatives will be as positive and expeditious in processing returns as they do orders. Unfortunately, with the return of non-stock and defective parts we are at the discretion of the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, so part of our job is to navigate through all the manufacturers to process your returns as expeditiously as possible while doing our best to get you as much money as possible for your return.
