Quick disconnect hydraulic coupler and is made of steel for strength and durability and is plated to resist corrosion. The cylinder half couplers have male 3/8" NPTF threads and the hose half couplers have female 3/8" NPTF threads and comes with rubber dust caps for protection against contaminants. The maximum working pressure is 10,000 psi. The Simplex couplers are used in hydraulic applications that include cylinders, pumps and hydraulic tools.

Non-Conductive Thermo Plastic HRC series hoses are for those special applications where non-conductivity is a must. The HRC series hose operates at 10,000 psi (700 bar) working and 40,000 psi (2750 bar) burst, (4:1 safety factor). Light weight and durable, the multi-layered design complies with M.H.I. I.J.100 hose specifications. Orange in color, the HRC is easily identified from standard conductive hoses. All hoses with couplers includes CR215 Dust Cap.
